Engine cylinder liner is referred to as cylinder liner. The material of the cylinder liner is generally ductile iron and alloy cast iron, which requires a hardness of HB200 or more and a tensile strength of not less than 200MP, so as to have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The main reason is that the cylinder is always in a high-temperature and high-pressure working environment, and friction with the high-speed piston is prone to wear. If it is a wet cylinder liner, the surface is directly in contact with cold water and a strong temperature difference. Thermal stress, will be corroded by cooling water. Therefore, if the materials used do not meet the requirements, the maintenance cost will increase and the engine performance will be affected.
