(1) The inner surface of the cylinder liner is chrome-plated. After rough grinding, the cylinder liner is treated with porous chrome plating on the inner surface, and then finely ground, so that its service life can be greatly improved. Due to the porous chromium layer on the inner surface of the cylinder liner, not only the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the cylinder liner are improved, but also the oil storage capacity is enhanced due to the grooved chromium layer, and the lubrication between the piston ring and the cylinder wall is improved, so the piston The lifetime of the ring is also increased.

(2) Surface low temperature nitriding treatment. The low-temperature nitriding treatment on the surface of the cylinder liner is to carry out liquid low-temperature nitriding (580°C) treatment on the honed or newly replaced cylinder liner to achieve good wear resistance and fatigue resistance on the surface of the cylinder liner.
(3) Phosphating treatment of cylinder liner surface. In order to improve the wear resistance of the cylinder liner, after the cylinder liner is honed or replaced with a new cylinder liner, the surface of the cylinder liner is treated with phosphate foam, which can significantly improve the wear resistance of the cylinder liner.
